Bandina Christian Youth Camp - Polvado-Doubrava Session
June 28 to July 4, 2026

Important information:

Staff: Registration opens February 1st, closes April 15th

Staff members are adults that serve as counselors and support staff for the camp session. All staff must be approved by the directors, have satisfactory references, pass a criminal and sex offender background check and complete state-required training. There is no fee to serve on the staff but donations to offset the cost of food and the camp fees are appreciated.

Campers: Registration opens February 15th, early/discounted registration closes April 15th, regular registration closes May 15th

Campers may be no younger than nine years old before arriving at camp, and may attend through the first summer following their completion of high school.

Regular registration $230 (+$7 online processing fee, if paying online)

Discounted registration $200 (+$7 online processing fee, if paying online) [Must complete the registration process by April 15th]

Pre-campers: Registration opens February 1st, closes April 15th

Pre-campers are children younger than normal camp age who attend and are housed with an approved staff member.

Regular registration $50 (+$2 online processing fee, if paying online)
Camper and Pre-camper fees include limited insurance, lodging, meals, canteen (one drink and one snack per canteen session), and camp themed t-shirt if registered by the deadline. Each camper/pre-camper or congregation is responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. This session is not responsible for transportation or the associated cost of transportation or means to and from camp.

Staff (or extra) T-shirt Fee: $10 (+$1 online processing fee, if paying online)
The camp themed t-shirt is available for all staff members.
